Serenity Ridge

Lisa is a wonderful hostess! The kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly need to cook, bake and host. Views are even better than the pictures. Super soft beds and nice layout of bedrooms on all three levels providing privacy for each guest. We love being so close to D/T Blue Ridge to enjoy dinners at night. The road getting to the cabin is not difficult to access either. Parts of it are unpaved but it's not too steep. We appreciate all the details Lisa plans upon arrival, and how responsive she is during the stay. We hope to be back to Serenity Ridge soon!

Look no further--this place is incredible. You will not regret booking this cabin. Lisa has thought of everything. We've stayed in plenty of mountain cabins, and this was truly one of our favorites. The house is very clean, and the beds are incredibly comfortable. Great view from the deck. Very private--I saw a fox wander through the yard early one morning. Gorgeous sunrise views.

This is the second year we have visited serenity Ridge and it did not disappoint! This cabin is fantastic! We saw a bear and plenty of deer on our way up to the cabin. The kitchen is fully stocked, and you won’t need to bring anything. I love to cook, so the kitchen was a dream from slow cooker, blender all the pots and pans you could imagine. The beds are super comfy and the location couldn’t be better. The cabin has surround sound that my teenage kids loved. It was accessible for by 84-year-old mother and the downstairs is a teen’s dream! Ping-pong, pool table, and a huge TV not to mention the hot tub. We used all the outdoor games including cornhole which is provided by the cabin. We also made the puzzles that were provided. This was truly a relaxing vacation. The location is close to all the city and towns nearby From wineries, Distilleries, shopping, restaurants and lake, there is so much to do! Lisa is a dream to deal with. Checkin and checkout were a breeze. She even called right after we left to let me know that I left some medication in the refrigerator. Thanks so much for another enjoyable stay! We will definitely be back next year!

We couldn’t have picked a better spot for our honeymoon!!! Most importantly, it actually felt just like home. It was very secluded, tucked away in the mountains yet just a short drive from town. The lake and plenty of hiking trails close by. In terms of cleanliness, everything was spotless. Complete with a fully stocked kitchen of pots, pans, and cookware, and we were able to eat in everyday. Complete with cozy blankets in every room, and everything you could possibly need (and more). The nice little touches made all the difference. The hot tub felt so relaxing after those long hikes. Our favorite was the cute screened in porch area where we enjoyed reading, and tv in the evenings. Plenty of deck space where I was able to practice yoga everyday listening to the tranquil sounds of nature. We definitely recommend and can’t wait to come back ourselves!!! :-)
