Mountain Dream Hideaway

This was our 4th time at Mountain Dream Hideaway and we will be back! We love the location of the house, how quiet it is, how well appointed and how stocked it is for each of our visits. The host, Lisa, is great - super responsive and accommodating. We love everything about it and always hate to leave!

The host was wonderful! They were easy to contact. The amenities were great! The house was beautiful, and made for a much enjoyable getaway!

We enjoyed our stay at Mountain Dream Hideaway. Our host, Lisa, was very helpful and responsive. This rental is in an ideal location for hiking the Aska Trail System and visiting downtown Blue Ridge shops and restaurants. (We really enjoyed Mountain Mama’s Cafe and Ferraro’s Kitchen Blue).You are also well situated for day trips to Mercier Orchards, Cherry Log and Ellijay, where there is a beautiful state park, Amicalola Falls. This rental has a fantastic view from all levels- it is pure eye candy. Mountain Dream Hideaway is decorated beautifully for Christmas along with exquisite mountain decor. Ample games are also provided (including some of our favorites) and linens and bath towels also provided. All necessary kitchen cooking accessories are supplied.The master bedroom mattress is in need of replacement and the master bed pillows were very uncomfortable, so consider bringing your own. If you are renting during the winter (below freezing temps), bring a space heater or two for the lower level- you will need it. Parking for one large vehicle only- comfortably. Parking is tight.

This was the perfect Christmas vacation for our family. The cabin was perfect from the hot tub to all the games we had to play and keep us entertained. Lisa was the perfect host and was very communicative. Would absolutely come back and stay again!

We had the best time on our getaway to the mountains in Georgia—beautiful views, cozy moments, and so much fun together. It was an easy drive up and close to everything we needed, making it the perfect escape. We loved it so much, we already know we’ll be back.
